How many people should I invite to my party?

Invite plenty!  Typically, one third of those invited are able to attend.   Talk with your Comfort Consultant about the ideal number for your party.

 

What type of furniture and setup do I need to host a party?

In most cases, no special setup is needed.   Your Comfort Consultant will typically need a table and a coffee table or ottoman to display products and the PQ mini-bed.   Seating should be provided for the guests during the presentation, but that can be on couches, chairs or even a cozy carpet!

 

Should I serve food and beverages at my party?

Serve simple food and beverages.  It is best to allow guests to help themselves, so you as the host are free to participate in the product presentation.  Serve what your guests might enjoy and expect, keeping in mind that shopping and not the food and drinks, should be the main draw.

 

What is the price range of your products?

Our products range in price from $ 2.99 to $ 399.99.  Within our collection of Private Quarters products, there are items for every taste level, style and budget.   The Private Quarters brand products are sold exclusively at our parties.   With our great variety of products, you can invite all ages and genders to your party.

 

Is there a minimum amount that must be purchased?

There is no minimum purchase amount. On average, each Private Quarters party guest purchases approximately $125 per party. You begin earning Host Rewards when total guest sales at your party reach $200, and earn greater rewards and a special low shipping rate when total party sales reach $500.   The higher the total party sales, the more in free product and other rewards you will receive as the host.

 

Where are the party orders shipped?
The party orders are normally shipped to the party host by UPS.   Your Comfort Consultant can email you a UPS notification so that you are aware of the expected date of delivery.   The host then separates the order by customer, using the handy packing lists and clear bags included in the order.   Each packing list has a customer’s name, contact information and the products they ordered.   Once the host has separated the order, the guests can either pick up their orders at the host’s home, or the host can deliver the items to each guest.   For those guests who prefer to have their orders shipped directly to them, they are able to pay an extra nominal drop-ship fee and have their order sent directly to them.

 

What if guests cannot attend the party, but would like to order?

At Private Quarters, we make it easy to gather outside orders to boost your party sales.    Guests who are unable to attend the party can either order online though our host portal evites, or contact the Comfort Consultant to order by phone.   With our drop-ship program, even those guests who live out of state can order products as part of the party, and have them delivered to their home or office by UPS for a nominal fee.

 

What is the Private Quarters guarantee and return policy?

Private Quarters is proud to offer a 60 day return policy and a 6 month defective policy.    Should you or any guest change your mind about a product once you receive it, simply contact your Comfort Consultant within 60 days of the party for a refund or exchange.

Should any product show defects within a 6 month period, contact your Comfort Consultant to exchange your product.   Private Quarters will supply a UPS call tag, to make it easy for you or the guest to return the necessary item.

 

How often do you update your catalog?

We introduce a new catalog twice a year.  Our Spring and Summer catalog debuts in February and our Fall and Winter catalog debuts in August.   The majority of the core, best selling products do not change, but some of the seasonal products and fashion items do change by season.   Your Comfort Consultant will receive advance notice as to which items will be discontinued, so if you want to be sure to complete a set before it is replaced, contact your Comfort Consultant for that information.   As an added bonus, PQ holds a clearance sale for discontinued product in the months of January and July.
